Detailed features

What can Polaris Marketplace do?

Polaris Marketplace is a private, invitation-based offer and order management system for businesses serving returning buyers.

Build buyer-specific offers, send them to your own buyers, and receive their orders directly from the offer.

Each buyer sees only the products and prices intended for them. You can track and process incoming orders in one place.

Not a public online shop: your buyers, your offers, your prices.

Customers, products and offers

The right customer sees the right offer.

Create separate offers for your customers or customer groups. You decide which products and prices they see, how long the offer is valid, and who can access it.

Your own customer base and groups

Create your customers, organise them into groups, and send them private access to your offers.

Customer-specific products and prices

Create price lists, set an individual price for a customer or customer group, and show only the products intended for them.

Private offer with preview

Choose the recipients, products, price list, validity period and visual template. Review the offer before publishing.

Detailed offer-building feature list
  • Customer organisation: search your customers, edit their profiles, organise them into groups, or revoke their access.
  • Product catalogue: enter a product name, SKU, pack size and description, upload an image, then organise the product into a category.
  • Pricing: create HUF or EUR price lists with VAT rates, and set a separate price for a customer or customer group.
  • Stock: enter your current stock, and the system automatically tracks changes based on orders, flags low stock, and manages reservations.
  • Offer builder: choose the customers or customer groups, products, price list, validity period and visual template.
  • Review and publishing: check the offer in the preview, then publish it.

Invitation-based ordering

Your customers can order directly from the offer.

The buyer opens the selection intended for them, chooses products and submits the order. They can use the system with their own account, or order without registering using a private link and PIN.

With an account or without registering

Your customer can sign in with their own account, or open the offer as a guest using a private link and PIN.

Only the selection intended for them

The buyer sees only the products and prices you set for them or their customer group.

Cart and order submission

The buyer chooses what and how much to order, enters the delivery address, then submits the order.

Detailed buyer feature list
  • Accepting the offer: the buyer can access the offer in their own registered account, or order without registering using a private link and PIN.
  • Buyer selection: in the active offer, the buyer always sees the products, prices and available stock intended for them.
  • Order submission: the buyer chooses what and how much to order, enters the delivery address, then submits the order.
  • Order details: a buyer ordering without registration, via private link and PIN, can view their current order, while a registered buyer can also review past orders in their account.
  • Linking earlier data: if a buyer who previously ordered without registering later creates their own account, the system uses their customer code to link the earlier customer profile and orders to the new account.
  • Buyer-seller relationships: with a registered account, the buyer and seller can link their accounts. After that, the buyer automatically sees the offers intended for them, and the seller doesn't need to send a new invitation every time.

Orders and daily operations

Your orders are collected, organised, and waiting for you in one place.

You don't need to gather incoming orders from several places. Search, filter, review, confirm and fulfil them all from a single interface.

Detailed operations feature list
  • Order overview: see incoming, pending-confirmation and fulfilled orders in one place. From here you can confirm, reject, cancel, or mark orders as fulfilled.
  • Partial confirmation: if you can't fulfil the full quantity of an order, you can confirm a smaller quantity instead.
  • Releasing stock reservations: if an order is cancelled, the stock reserved for it automatically becomes available again.
  • Reusing offers: quickly create a new offer from an earlier one, so you don't have to build everything from scratch each time.
  • Email communication: adapt the text of outgoing notifications to match your own communication style. Depending on your plan, you can also use your own SMTP settings.
  • Team: invite team members and set their roles.
  • Security: enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
  • Guided AI assistant: ask for a summary of today's orders, or have it prepare a new product. It is only created after preview and your explicit approval.
