Nothing is lost after the trial.
If you don't switch to Pro after the 15 days, you carry on with the free plan. Anything above the Free limits isn't deleted, only paused, and it all comes back when you switch to Pro.
The price is fixed when you send the offer.
What the customer sees in the offer is what they pay – you can also show a “Prices guaranteed until …” label.
You can approve an order line by line.
If you've run out of something, accept it in part – stock is reserved automatically.
