The purpose of these website terms of use is to define the basic rules for using the polarisinno.com website operated by Polaris Innovation Technologies Kft., as well as the related informational and landing pages.

3. Purpose of the website
The purpose of the website is to present Polaris Innovation Technologies Kft. and to provide general information about the company’s digital platforms, development activities, business solutions, and related projects.
The website presents the company’s products: Rajta (rajta.eu) and the Marketplace (marketplace.polarisinno.com). The features, limits, and prices shown on the product pages are for information only; the use of both products is governed by the central Polaris SaaS General Terms and Conditions.
The information published on the website is for informational purposes only. The content published on the website does not in itself constitute an offer, contractual declaration, or legally binding commitment.
